Description :

Maintains BIM / CAD standards for the organization. General support for BIM / CAD implementation to meet project and sustainment needs. Work directly with IT on computer related issues.

Requirements :

• 3+ year's production experience in design, drafting (architectural / engineering).
• Revit model management administration and maintenance skills.
• AutoCAD maintenance skills to increase efficiency.
• 1+ years' experience in BIM / 360 / ACC.
• Dynamo experience a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals.
• Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance.
• Must possess and maintain exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest standard of conduct from self and others.
• Must be a self-starter and possess the drive to pursue continued education in BIM / CAD.
• Possess the ability to work as part of a team and independently.

Responsibilities :

Physical Demands :

Must be able to sit and / or stand for long periods of time, able to handle stressful situations and multi-tasking, able to work under time constraints, long hours may be required. Work Environment :

Must be able to handle multi-tasking and working within reasonable time constraints to meet production schedules and budgets. Will work in normal office environment and may also be required to work outside of a normal office from time-to-time.
