Bilingual EHS Specialist

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual EHS Specialist to support safety operations at a high-profile semiconductor construction site in North Phoenix. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced safety professional who is bilingual in Mandarin and English and familiar with industrial or construction environments.

Position : Bilingual EHS Specialist

Location : North Phoenix, AZ

Type : Full-Time | Direct Hire

Pay Rate : $30-$35 / hour DOE

Responsibilities :

• Be on-site full-time to enforce safety protocols and procedures across the site.
• Monitor daily field activities to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and site-specific safety requirements.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and regular site safety inspections.
• Support documentation and reporting of safety violations, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with both Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking site supervisors and field workers.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA 510 / 511 requirements and company safety regulations.
• Provide safety training and support for new and existing workers.
• Help scale EHS efforts as headcount increases (per policy, 1 Safety Pro per 30 field staff).
