Project Accountant

Location : Sun Prairie, WI

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle accounts receivable, including sales entries, reconciliations, and cash management.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations and journal entries across multiple entities.
  • Assist with month-end close and analyze job cost variances and profitability.
  • Support project accounting functions such as job costing, change orders, and accounts payable.

    • What We're Looking For

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

    • Salary - $55,000-65,000
