Warehouse Supervisor

Join a fast-paced, high-volume team where your leadership directly impacts daily success! We’re looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor who can motivate teams, optimize operations, and keep our warehouse running at peak performance.

• Lead and develop warehouse staff to achieve high productivity and accuracy

• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns

• Maintain strong inventory accuracy through audits and cycle counts

• Drive process improvements and support operational strategy

• Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance

• Partner with carriers and vendors to resolve logistical issues

• Assist with KPIs, budgeting, and cost-saving initiatives

• Use ERP/WMS tools to streamline operations and provide insights

• 3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience

• 1+ year of leadership experience preferred (25+ employees)

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP, and WMS

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to step in and support hands-on warehouse tasks

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; lean/Six Sigma a plus
