Key Responsibilities
Respond to a high volume of inbound client inquiries via phone, live chat, and email
Complete outbound calling campaigns to assist clients with their loan requests
Identify client needs and help them utilize specific site features
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in place of a degree
1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center environment
Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, is preferred
Proficient in basic computer software and navigation, including SaaS applications
