Clinical Coding Compliance Coordinator

Were seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Coding Compliance Coordinator to lead auditing training and compliance initiatives across our clinical teams. This role serves as the subject matter expert in ICD-10 CPT HCPCS and CCI coding ensuring accurate documentation and optimal reimbursement in alignment with Medicare Medicaid and other payor guidelines.

Schedule : Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm

Hiring Range : Typically between $27.50 - $34.50 commensurate with experience and certification.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct coding audits and compliance reviews
• Educate clinicians on documentation standards and coding accuracy must be able to perform on-site education.
• Develop training materials and lead workshops
• Collaborate with departments to resolve coding issues and improve charge entry
• Stay current with coding regulations and software updates

Qualifications :

Pay Range : $27.79 - $41.68
