Sam Galloway Lincoln a respected and longstanding leader in Southwest Floridas automotive community is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Luxury Automotive Sales Consultant to join our elite sales team. If youre passionate about premium vehicles delivering white-glove service and helping clients find the perfect Lincoln we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional personalized sales experience for every guest
  • Build strong lasting relationships with clients through follow-up and concierge-level service
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Lincoln lineup features technology and competitive advantages
  • Guide customers through the full sales processfrom initial greeting to vehicle delivery
  • Maintain a professional showroom presence and uphold Sam Galloway Lincolns luxury brand standards
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Stay current on product updates incentives and industry trends
  • Work collaboratively with management finance and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

    • Qualifications

  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required; luxury or high-line brand experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
  • High level of professionalism integrity and customer-service excellence
  • Ability to learn automotive technology and explain features clearly to clients
  • Valid Florida drivers license and clean driving record
  • Strong work ethic and a positive team-oriented attitude
