Direct Support Professional (Part-Time)
Location / Hours : Monday - Friday, 9 am - 3 pm or 8 : 45 am - 2 : 45 pm

Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) play a key role in helping adults develop essential skills, participate in everyday activities, and engage within their communities. This part-time position offers consistent weekly hours, one-on-one client support, and the opportunity to make a daily impact by fostering safety, independence, and personal growth.
What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one support to adults with Autism or intellectual / developmental disabilities in private homes and community settings
- Assist with activities of daily living, communication development, behavior reduction, and community integration
- Follow individualized plans designed to meet each client's unique goals and needs
- Promote independence, safety, and well-being while building a positive and trusting client relationship
- Collect accurate data, write session notes, and complete required service logs and timesheets
- Utilize basic technology for documentation and communication
- Collaborate with your client's Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and incorporate feedback into future sessions
- Maintain client safety, confidentiality, and a supportive environment focused on personal progress

High School Diploma or GEDAbility to drive your client using your personal vehicle – Active driver's license, car insurance, registration, and inspection requiredMatching availability for Lower Bucks County : M-F, MWF, TTH from 9 AM–3 PM (or 8 : 45 AM–2 : 45 PM)Ability to accurately document sessions, collect data, and complete service logsBasic technology proficiencyCommitment to maintaining client safety and confidentialityWhat We Offer
