Job Description :

Lead the adoption, integration, and enhancement of digital sales technologies while driving data accuracy, AI applications, and operational efficiency across the sales organization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Act as primary contact for sales teams on data and tech tools

Onboard and train users on digital sales tools (e.g., TPMax, Deal Deck, Shelfgram)

Resolve field issues and collaborate with IT for root cause and resolution

Monitor and ensure accuracy of sales data across platforms

Recruit and manage a super-user network across the organization

Analyze KPIs to evaluate tool effectiveness and impact on sales

Drive digital transformation initiatives, including AI use cases

Continuously gather feedback and improve tool functionality and integration

Requirements : Must-Haves :

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field

5 years of relevant business experience

Proven expertise in change management and continuous improvement

Experience applying AI in corporate environments

Strong Power BI reporting skills

Proficiency with SAP TPMax, ChatGPT / Copilot tools

Nice-to-Haves :

Knowledge of the US retail landscape and sales planning

Experience with forecasting tools or master data systems

Financial acumen and ability to balance ROI and risk

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and influence without authority
