Allergy and Asthma Associates is seeking an Entry-Level Medical Receptionist to join our team in San Jose. As a key member of our Hospital / Health Care industry, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced medical office setting. This is a full-time position that requires on-site presence, offering a dynamic work environment where you can contribute to the well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities :
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the medical team
