Shift: Night Shift (36 hours/week, every other weekend required)
Relocation: Partial assistance available
Salary Range: $71,230 - $141,017
Start Date: Immediate

Job Duties:

• Provide professional nursing care to surgical step-down patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform other medical procedures as required.
• Educate patients and families on post-surgical recovery and care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Must hold or be eligible for a Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS preferred.
• At least 1 year of RN experience; step-down, med-surg, or ICU experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
