Physician / Cardiology / West Virginia / Permanent / Physician - Cardiologist - Elkins

Position Summary : The physician provides Cardiovascular clinical care in both an outpatient and inpatient setting. Sees patients in our Elkins outpatient clinic and provides inpatient consults to Davis Memorial Hospital. Follows and directs evidenced based practices as established within the Heart and Vascular service line. Collaborates and coordinates the individual treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure an appropriate continuum of care.
