QCS Field Service Engineer I

Description

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer I located in the Southeast Coastal GA Area.

The primary focus is to provide continuing service support for Honeywells QCS and CWS platforms used in Pulp and Paper & other associated industries in the coastal Georgia area.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preventive Maintenance Corrective Maintenance and Emergency Support maintenance of customers for various Honeywell Quality ControlSystems.
• Troubleshoot and solve system and process related problems.
• Perform sensor verification and calibration.
• Publish critical reporting to customers including Monthly Performance Results Reports Correction Action Reports.
• Actively interface with customers at all levels. Ensure customer satisfaction through oral and written communication.
• Provide occasional vacation coverage and 7 X 24 emergency support to customer and other technicians.
