Front End Associate

Position Summary : The Front End Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction is at its highest within our store. The Front End Associate is often the first and last person a customer will have any interaction with during their shopping experience. Front End Associates are responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate check out to customers.

Key Responsibilities : (Responsibilities may vary depending on assignment.)

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate Point of Sale Equipment.
• Take responsibility of a cash drawer during the shift.
• Properly bags groceries and loads them into customers' vehicles carefully and neatly.
• Stocks shelves and rotate items as necessary.
• Bring in carts from the parking lot.
• Maintain a neat and organized till.
• Fill bag stations and stock registers with needed supplies
• Pick up trash from the parking lot.
• Follow security procedures.
• Performs night maintenance duties as directed.
• Adhere to company policy and local / state law on the sale of alcohol and tobacco products.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by manager.
