Die Cast Process Engineer

Pace Industries is seeking a Die Cast Process Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting high-pressure die casting processes to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. You will lead troubleshooting efforts, drive continuous improvement, and provide technical guidance to production teams.

What You'll Do :

• Develop and maintain die casting process parameters.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues (machines, vacuum systems, ladles, sprayers).
• Partner with production, tooling, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve downtime.
• Lead improvement projects in scrap reduction, OEE, and cycle time.
• Support new product launches, tooling reviews, and PPAP submissions.
• Train staff on die casting fundamentals and process standards.
