Epic and Oasis experience preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience required
Experience with a patient ratio of 4-5 patients a day preferred

Description:
This position involves providing occupational therapy services in a home health setting.
The typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
There are no weekends or on-call duties required.
You will be responsible for managing 4-5 patients a day, depending on territory and drive time.
Mileage will be reimbursed using the standard IRS rate.
Key skills include knowledge of home health care, assessment, discharge, evaluation, and development of a plan of care.
Experience with standardized assessments, functional capacity evaluations, and home assessments is essential.
You will also be expected to educate patients and their families, provide safety instruction, and utilize adaptive equipment as needed.
The patient population primarily consists of adults and geriatrics.
Daily census is approximately 210 patients.
An interdisciplinary approach includes collaboration with physical therapy and interpretation services.
