What You’ll Do

🔹 Build and operate large-scale, low-latency distributed systems

🔹 Design backend services with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability

🔹 Write high-quality services in Go or Python

🔹 Debug production issues, optimize runtime behavior, and improve system efficiency

🔹 Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams

🔹 Provide mentorship to junior developers and lead technical initiatives

🔹 Own services end-to-end across the full software lifecycle (design → build → deploy → operate)

What We’re Looking For

• 5 + years of experience in backend software development
• Hands-on expertise with Go or Python
• Strong background in distributed systems , concurrency, and high-scale architecture
• Experience designing low-latency services and working with high-throughput workloads
• Solid debugging skills and confidence working in production environments
• A proactive ownership mindset — you build it, you run it
• Ability to mentor engineers and drive system improvements
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills

Nice to Have

✨ Experience with cloud platforms, microservices, or event-driven architecture

✨ Familiarity with CI / CD, observability, tracing, or performance tuning
