University Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive University Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will focus on cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to attract top technical talent at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Your role will center on deeply understanding hiring needs, promoting our employer brand, and designing effective recruiting strategies that result in highly qualified technical pipelines. Responsibilities

Key responsibilities :

• Partner with Hiring Managers : Build consultative relationships to fully understand team needs for technical early-career roles and ensure alignment on sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with talent acquisition teammates, business leaders, and technical teams to deliver a seamless recruiting experience.
• Strategy Development : Design and execute creative, data-driven recruitment plans to source and engage technical talent from a variety of channels, both traditional and innovative.
• Candidate Experience : Act as a brand ambassador to prospective candidates, ensuring positive and professional interactions throughout the recruitment process.
• Full life-cycle recruitment : Sourcing and screening candidates through interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding to ensure seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Process Optimization : Track and analyze recruiting metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous process improvement.
• Campus engagement and events : traveling to schools, helping to execute internship and new hire events.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally with exposure to early-career or university-level hiring. Proven ability to build trust and rapport with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Familiarity with technical disciplines and the ability to screen for required skills. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital sourcing tools. Willingness to travel as needed

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
