Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS) is seeking an Associate Model Based Systems Engineer (Configuration Management) to join the Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) team in Hazelwood, MO. This position is contingent upon a future contract award.

In this role, you will support the development and implementation of configuration management processes in MSOSA to meet customer expectations.

Position Responsibilities

Supports the development of new and innovative methods and technologies, for change management within Magic Systems of Systems Architect (MSOSA).

Contributes to the implementation of Configuration and Data Management standards, processes and tools within MSOSA.

Support the change process so that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into MSOSA.

Provide input to continuously improve MBSE CM training, processes, and tools.

Assist with training in the utilization of processes and tools

Assist in providing configuration management, coordinating changes and performing assessments of compliance

Work under general supervision

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and / or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience)

~ Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

~2+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience)

Experience creating MBSE systems models in Cameo, Magic Systems of Systems Architect (MSOSA), or similar software

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range : $88,400 – $119,600
