A healthcare system in the Monterey Bay Area is seeking an experienced BC Interventional Cardiologist to join their established cardiology team. This is a collaborative group of 10 cardiologists and 6 APPs, including 4 interventional cardiologists.

You will have the potential to earn excellent compensation in one of the most beautiful areas in the United States. Monterey Bay is known for its world‑class beaches, resorts, and golf courses.

Opportunity

• Coronary-focused interventional practice. No structural work.
• 3.5–4 days of clinic and dedicated Cath lab time.
• Earning potential within the 90th percentile of MGMA – $675,000 base salary plus wRVU productivity.
• Annual performance incentive plan.
• $60,000 recruitment incentive – sign‑on bonus + relocation.
