Territory : Our regional operations focus on the Northeast corridor from Maine to Atlanta, with western boundaries at Indiana and Illinois. This concentrated territory ensures efficient routing, predictable schedules, and reliable home time every weekend.

Home time : Drivers enjoy a guaranteed 48-hour reset period, allowing quality time with family and personal obligations.

Compensation : Competitive mileage rates from $0.68-$0.71 CPM with performance incentives. The sliding pay scale reaches $1.08 per mile for shorter regional runs, while our Minimum Pay Program guarantees $1,200 weekly for drivers who accept available freight and maintain professional standards.

Equipment : State-of-the-art Freightliner Cascadia equipment from 2021-2024 model years. Fleet specifications include double-bunk sleepers equipped with premium amenities. Every truck features integrated SiriusXM entertainment, 24-inch high-definition television, full-size refrigerator, and battery-operated auxiliary power unit.

Freight : All freight designated as no touch freight for driver safety and efficiency. Operations emphasize efficiency with 50-60% drop and hook operations. Average haul distances of 250 miles optimize earning potential while minimizing fatigue.

Opportunities : Enhanced earning potential exists for drivers with hazmat endorsements. Qualified loads pay an additional $0.10 per mile on qualified loads. Approximately 12-15% of available freight requires hazmat certification for low-grade materials such as paint or perfume.
