Overview
The Administrative Assistant position is responsible for general administrative duties supporting the ITPA Operations team as well as organizing schedules and documents, typing, corresponding with other department representatives, processing reports and special projects as required.

Keenan specializes in providing consulting services in the areas of : employee benefits, workers' compensation, loss control, financial, and property & liability.
What You'll Do
- Provides clerical support to ITPA team.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Prepare monthly expense reports.
- Maintain team’s calendars and service queue reports.
- Schedule, arrange and prepare for various meetings.
- Prepare and process department reports as required.
- Maintain databases, records, files and schedules to include scanning, printing and filing.
- Works closely with department coordinators to organize administrative aspects of department projects, activities and initiatives, as needed.
- Assist with creating PowerPoint, Excel and Word, Adobe PDF documents, as needed.
- Routing unassigned iVOS claim mail to correct queue (CCT / Branch queues).
- Phone support, distribution of mail, distribution of trade newsletters.
- Ordering and distributing reference material for management team.
- Prepare client contracts and work with Legal on approving and finalizing contracts
- Upon request, deliver COVID Tracking Document to WC Claims Team
- Special projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an administrative position required.Knowledge of insurance preferred, but not required.Excellent computer skills.Ability to work independently with minimal direction.Extremely strong interpersonal skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Extremely effective organizer, planner and self-starter.Must be able to adapt to change and be a team player.Logical and critical thinking skills are essential.What's in it For You?

The target salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 (US Dollar) annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. Hybrid work environment flexibility.
