Associate Key Account Managers (KAM) play a critical support role in managing strategic customer relationships within a defined territory. Working closely with a Senior Key Account Manager youll help drive customer engagement coordinate account activities and contribute to revenue growth under a shared quota model. Youll be selling into our installed client base and working alongside our Senior KAMs to support customer renewals and contracts to find and close expansion opportunities. You will partner with a cross-section of internal stakeholders to drive the resolution of client issues. Youll also be a key member of the team migrating our current enterprise clients to the latest Lytx Hardware and SAAS products. Youll Get To :

Assist the Key Account Manager in the execution of strategic account plans and customer engagement strategies.

In coordination with the KAM identify expansion upselling and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer goals and product roadmap.

Coordinate meetings follow-ups and documentation across key accounts.

Maintain Salesforce hygiene and ensure accurate tracking of account activities.

Partnering with the lead KAM in territory to drive and close expansion upgrade and renewal opportunities in our current enterprise client base to achieve a combined quota.

Identify upselling and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer goals and product roadmap.

Build rapport with mid-level stakeholders and support relationship development.

Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues in collaboration with internal teams.

Partner closely with Customer Success Technical Support Marketing Product Billing and Order Management to solve client challenges.

Support the lead KAM in the selling process with increasing opportunity complexity such as >

6 months Sales Cycles and multiple decision makers

Measure account health through product adoption and usage metrics to ensure ROI deliver value.

Help KAM prepare and present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic updates.

What Youll Need :

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience

You are knowledgeable have strong interpersonal skills and the result-oriented mindset required to outperform quotas and close deals that set the deployment team up for success

You are outstanding at building relationships with clients and colleagues

You have a strong drive to succeed and a can-do attitude

You can think logically communicate clearly and are well organized

You are a continuous learner and love sharing best practices and optimizing existing processes

You are self-reliant with ability to provide recommendations to leadership

You like to partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to solve complex challenges

You are comfortable with ambiguity and can continuously evolve with a fast-growing company

Experience organizing and managing multiple account assignments in a high-volume environment

Experience in telematics industry or related SaaS solutions including applications in commercial transportation is a plus

Ability to travel (up to 25%)

We are hiring 4 Associate Key Account Managers. ( 2 West Coast / 2 East Coast.)

The Incentive Compensation Plan ( referenced below) for the Associate Key Account Manager is ($28500 - $31500 annually) / ($2375.- $2625 monthly) at quota with no cap.

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is :

$90000.00 - $90000.00
