Clinical Nurse II - Vascular Surgery

Join our dedicated team in the Vascular Surgery Unit, where we focus on delivering exceptional care to patients experiencing a variety of vascular conditions. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are looking for a Clinical Nurse II to enhance our compassionate, patient-centered environment.

This position is for 36 hours per week on day shifts, and it offers a competitive salary range of $83,200 - $93,184.

As a Clinical Nurse II, your responsibilities will include :

• Implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, executing treatments, procedures, and special tests while ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests to effectively assess patients' conditions.
• Conducting thorough patient assessments to gauge needs and responses to care.
• Making informed patient care management decisions based on sound nursing judgment.
• Providing both primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Administering over-the-counter and prescription medications as per orders.
• Collaborating with the nursing team to develop and implement comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Directing and mentoring ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.
