[job_card.job_description]Program name and tools for each program. Follow Instructions from previous Shift : What operations need completed. Observe machines regularly throughout the shift for : End of operation (Check part to print) Program issues that may occur Fill out paperwork during each shift : Time TicketDocumentation of jobs worked on throughout shift (How you get paid) Non-ConformancesRed tag to identify scrap or rework parts due to tooling, operator issues, or program issues. Work OrdersMachinery / Equipment that is not functioning properly. Shovel chips Keep area clean Follow all company safety protocol. Requirement : Minimum of 2 year experience setting up and running a horizontal boring mill. Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauge blocks, etc.) Attention to Detail. Self-Motivated Take pride in your work. Follow written / verbal instructions. Prior experience running CNC machines and / or 5-axis mills.
