A company is looking for a Loan Processor to join their Consumer Direct team.
Key Responsibilities
Process residential mortgage loan files from application to funding, ensuring timely and accurate packaging
Review loan applications and gather necessary documents to support the loan approval process
Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company and investor policies
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Mortgage Processing, specifically in Purchase and Jumbo loans
Strong working knowledge of Encompass
Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines
Proficiency with DU and LP, FHA Connection, and VA Portal
