Job Summary : The Electrical Project Engineer will be the primary point on a variety of highly visible and critical projects for the organization. This position requires a high level of organization to lead team members in the development and production of deliverables that meet our high-quality standards. The Electrical Project Engineer is responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, production, and ultimate successful completion of all assigned projects. They will oversee electrical scopes of work and will bring a blend of technical electrical expertise and project management experience.

Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities :

• Participate in regular meetings with leadership to review progress, discuss concerns, and identify successes.
• Participate in project-specific planning, design, construction, and milestones through completion.
• Lead the project delivery by delegating technical / design tasks and coaching those involved.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful project execution.
• Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Lead QA / QC processes for projects and advise on necessary team-wide changes.
• Conduct quality assurance and quality control on reports, plans and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and guidelines.
• Implement team specific project delivery processes such as work breakdown structures.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and experience through knowledge transfer to members of the team.
• Proactively communicate complex issues and solutions.
