Senior Client Account Manager
The Senior Client Account Manager is responsible for portfolio management, credit monitoring and basic underwriting of Commercial Banking relationships. Primary responsibilities include analyzing financial data to determine the merits of loan requests, recommending structure, as well as identifying cross selling / referring opportunities of other services.
Responsibilities include managing and overseeing the deposit / loan portfolio, in partnership with Relationship Managers; serving as the primary day-to-day contact to respond to requests and questions from existing clients, including client onboarding locally in the US and Asia in an expeditious / efficient manner; gathering and analyzing portfolio data for senior management, in partnership with Business Unit Manager and RMs and presenting to BSA / Compliance for further review and approval; working with Relationship Managers to identify potential opportunities for cross-sell including deposit, trade, treasury management, foreign exchange, private banking, asset management, and other services to both existing and prospective clients; providing advice to clients regarding general banking needs.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance or accounting; ideally 3-5 years of banking experience, including at least three years of credit portfolio management experience and credit training; flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic environment, and ability to learn quickly in a high-volume transaction scenario; strong communication and interpersonal skills; assertive and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously; working knowledge of private equity and the major components of investment vehicles; professional proficiency in Mandarin (speaking and reading); additional proficiency in Cantonese would be a plus.

The base pay range for this position is USD $75,000.00 / Yr. - USD $110,000.00 / Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
