A company is looking for a Director, Commercial Excellence Center.
Key Responsibilities :
Create and execute comprehensive sales training and certification programs to enhance sales capabilities
Develop and standardize sales methodologies and playbooks for various customer segments
Build and manage commercial analytics frameworks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize strategies
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in commercial operations or business strategy within the life sciences industry
Proven success in driving commercial transformation and implementing sales enablement programs
Strong analytical and leadership capabilities with proficiency in CRM and data analytics tools
Experience in a publicly traded or growth-stage life science company is strongly preferred
