In-Office: Based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL

Role Type: Full-Time

Position Overview Celsius is looking for a knowledgeable, passionate individual to help facilitate the rapid growth of an exciting Functional Energy Beverage brand as we scale our sales and, in turn, our production and daily order fulfillment. The role will report to the Manager of Deployment. This individual will work closely with the company’s logistics providers, production facilities, and customer service team to manage inventory in support of the company’s growth targets.

Requirements

• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word and Excel).
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel – able to create Pivot tables and conduct v-lookups.
• Highly detailed, scrupulous and meticulous work ethic.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics.
• Interact with management in a flexible, resourceful, proactive and efficient manner.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
• Ability to learn and understand transportation software systems and technologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in logistics and/or distribution desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels across multiple production facilities to ensure all contracted facilities are sufficiently stocked and able to meet OTIF KPIs.
• Interface with Customer Service, Production, and QC to ensure all facilities are able fill Customer orders based on MABDs.
• Data entry including but not limited to order creation, issuing carrier tenders & quarantine forms and systemically receiving the loads.
• Track carrier loads tendered to ensure on-time deliveries and trouble shoot outliers.
• Work collaboratively with Regional Distribution Centers’ Staff on necessary product transfers.
• Focus on the optimization of distribution and transportation costs.
• Effective formation and timing of loads to achieve key metrics and profitability measurements
• Assist Claims Manager with documentation on carrier claims and follow through any necessary concerns.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
