Job Highlights

• Proactively follow up with customers on past-due accounts and collaborate with Sales and other departments as needed
• Process and analyze AR aging reports in Excel exported from Epicor
• Initiate and process invoice adjustments, including credit memos, revised invoices, late fees, and cash application reconciliations; maintain reconciliations for complex accounts
• Set up and manage customer portals such as Ariba and Coupa to receive POs, submit invoices, and track approval status
• Email and call customers to ensure timely payment, providing backup documentation when requested
