Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate life and health insurance sales representative to join our team. In this role, you'll help individuals and families protect their financial future by offering personalized life and health insurance solutions. Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life, health, and supplemental insurance products
• Present insurance options and guide clients through the application and enrollment process
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing policyholders
• Educate clients on coverage details, benefits, and financial protection options
• Proactively follow up with leads, referrals, ad renewals to drive sales growth
• Meet and exceed individual and agency sales goals

Qualifications

• Sales experience required
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a performance-based environment
• Ability to explain complex products in simple, client-friendly language
• Prior experience in insurance preferred
• Must hold or be able to obtain required state licenses (Life & Health)
