Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team supporting DISA JSP ETM in Arlington, VA. TekSynap is a fast-growing high-tech company that understands both the pace of technology today and the need to have a comprehensive well planned information management environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day management of overall project / contract support operations
• Manage project scope by ensuring changes to scope are documented and approved
• Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members
• Make decisions and recommendations based on the business need
• Ensure all Information Assurance Vulnerability Management updates are tested, evaluated, deployed, and documented
• Ensure compliance with specified operational parameters
• Adhere to applicable directives
• Support senior and executive-level management briefings
• Prepare Monthly In-Progress Reviews
• Provide Program Administrative / Financial Status Reports
• Develop and implement onboarding, training, and validation processes
• Monitor network performance
• Ensure proper labeling, tracking, and documentation of all program assets
• Interface with government personnel and customers
