LPN Unit Coordinator

Sign-on bonus plus shift differential

Rate : $28-$32 / hr based on experience plus $3 shift diff

Shift : 3pm-11pm, Full-Time, Every Other Weekend

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring resident care meets high standards.

Supervise and support nursing staff to maintain a collaborative, efficient work environment.

Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans.

Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as infection control protocols.

Requirements :

Current LPN license

Leadership experience or a desire to grow into a leadership role.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
