Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle Management to own and elevate the entire RCM function at Tia. This leader will balance hands-on operational oversight with strategic vision-setting, transforming our RCM processes into an optimized, compliant, and seamless revenue engine.
You will be directly responsible for maximizing revenue capture across the entire claims lifecyclefrom clean submission to final paymentto ensure claims are paid accurately and quickly at expected reimbursement rates.
This is a high-impact role reporting to the Director of Business Operations. You will serve as a critical strategic partner, collaborating deeply with our Clinical, Product, Member Support, and Finance teams to drive operational excellence and instill financial accountability across the entire revenue funnel.
