Peer Support Specialist III

A company is looking for a Peer Support Specialist III.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer-friendly services and engage individuals in an empathic manner

Develop and maintain peer-to-peer relationships to identify emotional or behavioral changes

Respond promptly to service requests and inquiries from various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

At least three years of experience caring for older adults with dementia or significant medical issues

Two years of experience specifically working with dementia patients and their families

Ability to use a computer for recording services and basic office functions

Bilingual skills (English / Spanish) preferred
