Data Science Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Data Science to lead a team responsible for testing agents and developing evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

Direct annotation management, including budgets and statistical analysis

Maintain and expand metrics for agent performance evaluation

Create evaluation packages for Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers

Required Qualifications

Expert level proficiency in Python

Experience in translating high-level requirements into practical tools

Strong knowledge of frequentist and Bayesian statistical techniques

Experience in the healthcare sector

Demonstrated ability to write reliable, extensible Python packages
