[job_card.job_description]The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building, tracking and ordering materials for structural construction work (not necessary but highly preferred). They thrive in a fast paced and a team oriented environment. They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time. An individual who will do well in this position is self oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable. Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site in Black Canyon City, AZ. Working with a superintendent to help schedule work shifts, materials ordering, and subcontractor management. Performs routine duties requiring knowledge of structural engineering principles. Limited exercise of judgment is required on details of work. Performs specific and limited portions of broader assignments. Being able to communicate with subs and vendors and being able to identify and help solve any discrepancies. Knowledge of Submittal / RFI / Change process / Purchase Orders. Willing to work collaboratively and respectfully within a team environment. Structures on the job consist of partial bridge demo and rebuild and CMU / Sound Walls. Heavy rebar and concrete ordering and tracking.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Experience in self-perform batching of concrete is a plus but not necessary.
