Advanced CNA I / II - Sepsis & Pneumonia Care

Join a compassionate healthcare team as an Advanced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) I or II specializing in sepsis and pneumonia care. This full-time role involves providing essential patient support, observing and reporting changes in patient conditions, and maintaining a well-stocked and clean patient environment.

Key Responsibilities : Deliver basic patient care with attention to detail, communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility in work tasks and schedules is essential, along with the ability to learn new skills and techniques. The role requires physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, lifting, and patient repositioning. Candidates must have visual and auditory acuity to monitor patients closely and be prepared for potential exposure to blood and bodily fluids.

Education & Certifications : Must hold current BLS certification from the American Heart Association and be listed on the Nursing Assistant Registry.

Experience & Skills : Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of age-specific patient care considerations are required. Strong guest relations skills and the ability to accept supervision positively are important for success in this role.
