Automotive Service Advisor

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our service department, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing clear communication, accurate service recommendations, and a seamless repair process. If you like working with people – even if you have no automotive experience – this career is for you!

Pay Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year

Job Description:

• Greet and communicate with customers based on their vehicle needs

• Follow status of customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work

• Keep customers informed of changes

• Accurately enter Repair Orders for all types of service, including warranty, customer pay, recalls, maintenance, and internal work

• Work closely with technicians, parts personnel and management

• Explain recommended services, pricing, timelines, and available specials/promotions

Requirements:

• A goal driven self-starter with excellent sales, customer service, communication, computer, and listening skills

• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Available to work evenings and Saturdays

• Works well with others in a team atmosphere

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
