Automotive Service Advisor
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our service department, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing clear communication, accurate service recommendations, and a seamless repair process. If you like working with people – even if you have no automotive experience – this career is for you!
Pay Range : $45,000 - $65,000 per year
Job Description :
Greet and communicate with customers based on their vehicle needs
Follow status of customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
Keep customers informed of changes
Accurately enter Repair Orders for all types of service, including warranty, customer pay, recalls, maintenance, and internal work
Work closely with technicians, parts personnel and management
Explain recommended services, pricing, timelines, and available specials / promotions
Requirements :
A goal driven self-starter with excellent sales, customer service, communication, computer, and listening skills
A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Available to work evenings and Saturdays
Works well with others in a team atmosphere
Valid driver's license and a good driving record
