Bartender Server

We are a longstanding family owned restaurant on the hunt for an experienced bartender and serverto join our talented team. Restaurant is currently open for dinner Tuesday-Friday from 4:30pm-9pm and brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 11am-9PM. We also have a late night karaoke shift on Friday nights that are a ton of fun! We are committed to providing an atmosphere of teaching and growth amongst our employees. We always have our staff and community top of mind.

Candidate must contribute to the positive energy in the building. The ideal candidate will not only help to assist servers by cleaning tables and seating guests but will also possess a desire to grow and learn. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. Ultimately, you will play an essential role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and restaurant success.

Bartender Job Description

• Ensure the Bar is clean, organized and stocked.
• Report to Owner/Manager
• Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
• Stock inventory and supplies.
• Be comfortable interacting with guests in a professional manner.
• Be comfortable making drinks according to recipes and using a variety of techniques.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for multi-tasking.
• Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17 - $20.00 per hour
