Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor, train, and evaluate nursing staff effectively.
• Experience in managing teams and facilitating professional development.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days and evenings as needed.
