Business Analyst, Telecom Relations

A company is looking for a Business Analyst, Cellular Vendor Relations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all cellular carrier relationships

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of mobile devices, including ordering, provisioning, activation, and deactivation

Review and reconcile monthly carrier invoices to ensure billing accuracy and identify cost-saving opportunities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience, Master's degree with 3 years of related experience, or 8 years of related experience without a degree

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in telecom account management or mobile device administration

Documented proficiency with telecom carrier portals is a plus

Some experience with Apple Business Manager and / or mobile device management tools is preferred

Familiarity with billing analysis and cost optimization strategies
