We’re looking for someone who brings care, curiosity, and consistency to the everyday rhythm of service. This role blends front-of-house hospitality and barista craft. You’ll work closely with both our kitchen and FOH teams to ensure a warm, welcoming, and efficient experience for our guests.
Greet and engage guests with warmth, attention, and care
Prepare espresso and tea drinks to spec, with focus on quality and timing
Serve pastries, savory items, and drinks with a sense of pride
Keep the bar and counter area clean, organized, and fully stocked
Handle transactions efficiently and accurately
Follow daily open / close routines and participate in light cleaning tasks
Learn and share the stories behind our food and ingredients
Collaborate with teammates to support service, events, and catering pick-ups
A morning person who shows up on time and ready to work
Available on weekends (non-negotiable)
Kind, dependable, and team-oriented
Quick learner with strong communication skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced café setting
Detail-oriented, clean, and organized
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

This role offers hands-on training in coffee, service, and Argentine culinary traditions. You’ll work closely with our founder and FOH leads in a café where hospitality is practiced with intention and creativity. Opportunities for advancement include leadership, event coordination, and guest experience roles.
Jezabel’s is open Wednes day–Saturday , typically between 7 : 00 a.m. and 6 : 00 p.m.
Evenings and Sundays are occasionally reserved for private events and workshops.
