A company is looking for a Senior Staff Data Engineer to build next-generation data pipelines and applications using emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, build, and scale data pipelines across various source systems and applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop efficient data acquisition and integration strategies
Coach and guide others in building scalable pipelines based on foundational data engineering principles
Required Qualifications :
10+ years of experience in a data engineering role, with leadership experience
Direct experience with data modeling, ETL / ELT development, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proficiency in building data pipelines using Python / SQL or similar programming languages
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
Understanding of data management fundamentals and data warehousing concepts
