A leading Endoscopy Center in  Lansing, Michigan  is seeking a  locum CRNA  to provide  independent anesthesia coverage  beginning  January 2026 through Summer 2026 . This assignment offers a  stable weekday schedule ,  no call , and fully independent practice in a high-functioning outpatient environment.

With a competitive  $215 / hr pay rate ,  comprehensive malpractice coverage , and  complimentary mileage reimbursement  (local providers only), this is an ideal role for experienced and confident CRNAs seeking predictable hours and strong clinical autonomy.

Rate :   $215 / hr

Coverage :  Full malpractice + mileage reimbursement

Duration :  January 2026 – Summer 2026

Schedule :  Weekdays only,  no call

Setting :  Independent CRNA practice in an outpatient Endoscopy Center

Cases :  10–16 per day

Anesthesia Type :   MAC (Monitored Anesthesia Care)

Patient Population :  Adult & Geriatric

EMR :  EPIC

Trauma :  None

Pain Cases :  None

🩺 Required Skills & Procedures

Independent anesthesia delivery in an outpatient endoscopy setting

MAC anesthesia

Full management of routine endoscopy cases

💼 Compensation Structure

Hourly Rate :  $215 / hr

Orientation :   $107.5 / hr

Holiday Pay :  $315 / hr

Mileage :  Reimbursed at IRS standard rate

• Candidate Requirements

Board Certified CRNA

Active Michigan license

Certifications :  BLS, ACLS, PALS

Local providers only

Clean malpractice & license history strongly preferred

Reliable, autonomous, and experienced in endoscopy / MAC cases
