THE GIST :
Our client a high-end construction & design firm seeks a resourceful Project Coordinator to join their team. This role will support the project management team with day-to-day coordination of project activities schedules and is a great opportunity to join an established& reputable firm with the opportunity for career growth mentorship and exposureto the high-end construction industry!
THE NITTY GRITTY :
- Report to & support the project management team with the oversight of project activities timelines and action items
- Assist with document control including collecting organizing and maintaining contracts change orders RFIs submittals drawings and meeting notes
- Track project deadlines deliverables and milestones ensuring stakeholders stay informed and aligned
- Coordinate logistics such as site meetings vendor visits inspections and deliveries
- Communicate with subcontractors vendors consultants and clients professionally and promptly
- Help prepare project reports updates and presentation materials
- Maintain project management systems and internal databases with accurate and timely information
- Support procurement efforts by gathering quotes researching materials and assisting with purchase orders
- Assist with other administrative functions and ad hoc projects as needed
