Required Qualifications
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 3 years in a leadership role
Proven ability to manage a personal requisition load while leading a team
Experience in building scalable recruiting operations and strategies
Mastery of applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
Strong ability to develop talent strategies using data insights
