Essential duties and responsibilities

The Lead Service Technician supervises employees who perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on our products and equipment.

Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Perform regular site visits to inspect work of service technicians, completing service what we do evaluation
  • Review service requests for assigned washes on a daily basis
  • Verify preventative maintenance is being completed and accurately recorded
  • Train, certify and mentor service technicians
  • Troubleshoot elevated mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as timekeeping, PTO approvals, credit card coding, etc. per schedule
  • Partner with operations leadership to resolve ongoing issues
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines.
  • Partner with warehouse for parts sourcing and ordering
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Job Requirement

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent certificate
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Mechanical knowledge expert
  • Ability to troubleshoot and collaboratively resolve problems
  • Professional communication and customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds consistently, up to 70 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to work in various temperature conditions including cold and hot environments.
  • Must wear safety equipment when required
  • On-call for emergency repairs
  • Ability to work weekends as needed
  • Willingness to travel to multiple sites per day
